Is nostalgia really harmless? Or can diving into the past actually mess with your mental health? In this eye-opening video, we explore the darker side of nostalgia—how revisiting old memories, retro toys, classic TV shows, vintage commercials, and the “good old days” can sometimes trigger anxiety, depression, or emotional burnout.
If you’ve ever found yourself stuck in the past, constantly craving the simpler times of the 80s, 90s, or early 2000s, this video is a must-watch. We break down the psychology of nostalgia, its surprising emotional effects, and how we should enjoy nostalgia but never live in it.
Is nostalgia comfort or a trap?

The Dubai Chocolate bar. It’s a tiktok viral sensation…but why? I’ll explain it all as well as its history, looks, appeal, why it got famous and finally a full review to see if this bar is actually good or overhyped! It’s made of Milk Chocolate, pistachio cream and kadayif to bring in the crunch for texture.
Let’s get fancy with this overpriced and expensive candy bar that cost me $24 and see if it was worth it in this fancy cheat day review!
Chapters:
00:00 Dubai Chocolate Bar
Notes:
Dubai chocolate is a chocolate bar with a filling made of kadayif and pistachio. It was first created by Fix Dessert Chocolatier in Dubai, branded as Can't Get Knafeh of It. The product was popularized in 2024 after being promoted by influencers on social media, especially TikTok.
Dubai chocolate is made from milk chocolate and is filled with a sweet cream made from pistachios mixed with finely chopped kadayif and tahini paste. The presentation of the pistachios varies between being a paste and merely finely ground.
Fix Dessert Chocolatier was created by Sarah Hamouda in 2021, who, inspired by her pregnancy cravings, began creating chocolate bars containing unusual fillings. Hamouda, who is British-Egyptian, had been "based" in Dubai since around 2015.
Other sources credit her partner Chef Nouel Catis Omamalin as the creator of the now-famous chocolate bar.
Dubai chocolate gained popularity as manufacturers were facing high costs in producing cocoa and pistachio products. Due to the product's composition, manufacturing Dubai chocolate allowed them to keep costs down. Dubai was viewed as a trendy location among young people, particularly with social media influencers.
Dubai chocolate was launched under the name "Can't Get Knafeh of It". Without a large marketing budget, Fix relied on influencers to promote the chocolate on social media, and many influencers filmed themselves trying and reviewing the chocolate. The chocolate interior's bright colors have been credited with contributing to some of the product's success, as the visual appeal created is important on social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. It first gained popularity in 2024. Further demand was produced from consumer perceptions of the product as being mysterious.
As the product gained popularity, large scale manufacturers such as Lindt began to produce and market them as Dubai Chocolate. In Germany, an importer of a clone of Fix Dubai Chocolate issued a cease-and-desist letter to the manufacturer Lindt, Aldi and Lidl because it was not produced in Dubai. While geographical indications are in principle protectable under the Geneva Act of the Lisbon Agreement, the United Arab Emirates has not signed the agreement. According to most legal scholars, the term "Dubai chocolate" is already a generic trademark in the EU market and does not contain any geographical indication.
In the UK, the popularity of the Lindt variety of the chocolate was such that the supermarket chain Waitrose imposed purchase limits of two bars per customer.
In January 2025, a German court in Cologne decided that Aldi has to stop selling its product named "Alyan Dubai Handmade Chocolate" on the ground it might mislead consumers that the chocolate has been produced in Dubai while it is actually produced in Turkey.

The NES Classic system was a great and fun little device made by Nintendo that’s was jam packed with 30 classic Nintendo Games. Since it was discontinued you can now find cheap imitations preloaded with even more games than the original.
But is it just bad? Are these cheap knockoffs worth the hassle? And what games are there exactly on here? Well that’s what I will show you in this long extensive video. I will show, play and give you a review of every game on this “Anniversary edition 620 games in one” NES Classic and see if it’s worth your time and money.

Notes:
In November of 2016 Nintendo released the NES Classic Edition, this was a mini nes console that emulated 30 classic Nintendo entertainment system games. This thing was automatically popular and sold out shipment after shipment over the next two years.
This system sold more than the playstation 4, Xbox one and the Nintendo switch upon its rerelease in 2018.
After 2018 Nintendo discontinued the NES classic to much disappointment from the people who missed out on picking one up.
Buuuuuuut since then theres been many cheap clones of the NES classic on the market like this one i got from temu or temu? regardless, the mini game anniversary edition entertainment system featuring 620 built in classic games.
This is the most popular knockoff version of the system you see being sold everywhere for 10-20 bucks.
It comes packaged with the system that is designed opposite of the real NES classic and two controllers featuring 4 red buttons instead of the original 2.
So what is exactly on this thing? They say games, what kind? Like, real nintendo games? Some no name 8 bit trash? Is there super mario brothers on here at least?
Looking at the list, it claims its in here, but ill believe it when i see it.
There’s 620 games on this thing and I will show you all of them that are on here, playing each one and telling you about them. You may be looking at this video thats almost 2 hours long and wonder, how will I do this…well, you will soon find out..
So using an adapter connecting it to hdmi, strap in, enjoy, lets power this thing on and get to this!

Today we try Sprite Tea or Sprite + Tea as it’s properly named. Soooo many questions about this soda need to be answered and in this review of the soda, we will answer them all! How much sprite? How much tea? How much Spritea?
We will also go over why it was made, its development and if it’s any good for you to try.
Info:
Sprite + Tea is a limited edition soda made by Coca-Cola.
Release date: May 19th 2025
Available from May-October 2025
Official website notes:
Sprite Drops Refreshing Take on Tea With New LTO – Sprite + Tea
05-19-2025
Sprite continues its string of successful limited-time-only (LTO) innovations this summer with the launch of Sprite + Tea.
The category-crossing offering blends the crisp, lemon-lime refreshment of Sprite with the classically refreshing flavor of tea. Regular and zero-sugar varieties of Sprite + Tea hit shelves today across the United States and Canada and will remain in market through October.
Sprite + Tea is a uniquely strategic, insights-driven innovation inspired by the viral trend of consumers steeping tea bags in Sprite.
“We’re always listening to our consumers, but this particular phenomenon motivated us to explore how we could offer our own refreshing take on tea,” said Kate Schaufelberger, Brand Director, Sprite North America. “Sprite fans love variety, not just in flavor but in the ways we bring refreshment to life through unique multisensorial experiences that stay true to the essence of the brand.”
Coca‑Cola North America’s R&D team completed several rounds of consumer testing to fine-tune the formula for the amber-colored sparkling beverage, striking a smooth and refreshing balance of the complementary flavors.
“The Sprite + Tea concept started out as an intern research project, which is really fun and interesting,” adds A.P. Chaney, Senior Creative Director, Sparkling Flavors North America. “When it blew up on TikTok with millions of views, it was a gut check that we were on the right track. Because you never go wrong when you listen to consumers and tap into what they're doing by becoming part of their everyday.”
Chaney compared the Sprite + Tea origin story to another hybrid offering, Sprite Lymonade, which was driven by fans mixing their beloved brand with lemonade.
Packaging for the LTO fuses the Sprite logo and signature green with gold and amber accents, dynamic splash graphics and a youthful font atypical of ready-to-drink tea brands.

Welcome to the first episode of Cool Video Game Bro!
Today we crack into a not so classic video game but nevertheless a game I always wanted to try out when it first came out on 2004 just to see if it was worth it. It’s The Polar Express! And now 20 some odd years later and here we go. My past self from 20 years ago who is a Cool Video Game Bro as well joins to see if the game he’s been wanting to try recently (in his timeline) is worth it!
The game today is The Polar Express for the Nintendo GameCube! Join us both as we navigate through this not so hot game as we are promises to “Explore the North Pole” and ride the festive train all the way to see Santa…errr kind of.
Let’s go!
Notes:
The Polar Express is an action-adventure platform game based on the film of the same name. It was developed by Blue Tongue Entertainment for the PlayStation 2, GameCube and Microsoft Windows. A version for the Game Boy Advance was developed by Tantalus Media. All versions of the game were published by THQ. It was released in North America on November 2, 2004 and in Europe on December 16, 2004.
The game follows most of the main plot of the film. One major difference is that the Ebenezer Scrooge Puppet, who only makes a minor appearance in the film, plays a much bigger role as the main antagonist who attempts to prevent the children from believing in Santa Claus by stealing their tickets, and trying to get them thrown off the train to keep the children from getting to the North Pole. The game is broken down into six chapters, giving the player the opportunity to explore areas like the train, the North Pole, and more. The player controls a young boy in each of the 6 chapters. The game also contains puzzle-solving as well as some minigame-styled elements.
The Game Boy Advance version is a 2D side-scrolling platformer which also has some levels where you control The Polar Express train itself in 3D.
THQ unveiled the game at the E3 convention in 2004. The PlayStation 2 version contains EyeToy support. A portable version of the game was also in development for the Game Boy Advance, by developer Tantalus.
