Miguel is fighting for his life, Robby is missing, and Daniel and Johnny's reputations are in tatters as the community reacts to the West Valley High brawl.
Its the first day of school at West Valley High, but tensions between the dojos have not cooled with the end of summer. The rivalry between Daniel and Johnny comes to a head.
Johnny takes Carmen out for dinner, while Daniel and Amanda enjoy a romantic date night. Moon's attempt to bring the students of the two dojos together backfires as the tensions between the teens escalate.
Daniel works to make amends with Amanda, while Johnny is introduced to the world of dating apps. Complications arise when Miguel, Samantha, Robby and Tory cross paths.
