In this episode…  I’ll reveal 3 clear ways you can tell your social anxiety is improving—so you can track your progress and stay motivated on your journey to social confidence. Here’s what we’ll cover:

  1. Frequency: Are you triggered less often? For example, if you feel anxious in 8 situations at work, like meetings or lunch breaks, and manage to eliminate anxiety in one of those areas, you’re making progress!
  1. Intensity: Is your anxiety less overwhelming? Imagine your anxiety used to be a 9/10 around your boss, but with consistent EFT tapping, it drops to a 4/10. That’s a huge improvement—even if it’s not yet zero.
