In this episode, I talked about Trauma and how it sometimes pushes us into or from something.
What is your's pushing you to?

Let's start by talking about how trauma can push us toward things. For some, trauma fuels ambition. Maybe you grew up in a home where financial security was a daily struggle. That experience could have planted a fierce determination in you to never feel that helpless again. So now, you’re hustling, building a career, saving every penny, and refusing to stop. Trauma has its way of lighting that fire.
Life Doesn’t Forgive" – a reminder that every choice we make has the potential to define our path.
In this episode, we're talking about intentional decisions—decisions that consider the present, the possibilities of tomorrow, and the potential of our future. "Every decision can make us or break us, catapult us to new heights, or pull us down."
Join me as we unpack the weight of our choices, aiming to navigate life with purpose, clarity, and a vision that respects both the urgency of now and the promise of tomorrow.
Grief is deeply personal, and each person's experience is unique. Even with the best intentions, it's easy to unintentionally say something that could hurt or minimize what someone is going through. In moments of grief, offering quiet support, listening without judgment, and being there without pushing for conversation or offering quick fixes is often the most valuable way to help. Compassionate presence, rather than words, can sometimes speak louder.
In this episode, I discussed the complex and deeply personal journey of grief. I offered a reminder to those providing support to anyone grieving: it's essential to be mindful of your words, especially if you haven't experienced a similar loss. Even with the best intentions, it's easy to unintentionally say something that may not resonate with the person in pain. The most important thing is to listen, be present, and provide support without trying to offer solutions. Sometimes, simply being there is the best comfort you can offer.
I promised to spell out "Rehoboth". In Genesis 26:22. Rehoboth means "room" or "broad places" and is sometimes interpreted as a place of peace or a space where there is room to flourish.
The verse says, "He moved on from there and dug another well, and no one quarreled over it. He named it Rehoboth, saying, 'Now the Lord has given us room and we will flourish in the land.'"

"You can't change someone by loving them harder"
Seasons come and go remember to behave and not misbehave in each season because when you misbehave you will reap it in the next season. It will determine how you move and succeed in the next season. Each season is there to teach you.
