From an early age, I understood the value of the statement, “Looking Good and feeling great”. I also believe the key to this begins with not only knowing yourself but more importantly, loving yourself. As a licensed skin care and makeup professional, I value the power of having a signature style and clean image while leaving a strong lasting impression. Every face has a beautiful story to tell and with the right products and techniques, that story can cultivate endless opportunities.
I sat down with @lifestyleoftaylor mama, wife, and creative. She shares her story of womanhood and creatively journals my transformation. She is a professional hairstylist and former salon owner in Atlanta, GA. Not only that, but she has been doing hair for over 12 years now with a vision in the hair industry that has always been to assist women in feeling beautiful outwardly, which she believes reflects back inwardly. During my pregnancies, it was revealed she had a greater calling. She suffered from postpartum depression in between babies and was called to undergo a spiritual healing journey during her second pregnancy.
Within her journey, she has embraced the task of healing so that she can be of healing to other women.
She shares, "Whether that be hair or home decor, aesthetic and beauty is a talent that I was blessed with as a tool in order to deeply reach other women. It has been the same talent for all my life, but I am now pivoting to a new level that is truly me. My love for my marriage, my family, my womanhood, and my sacred space that is my home has sparked a new passion in me that I’m supposed to share. I encourage you to dig deeper than outward beauty and find the reflection of the beauty within. As above, so below. As within, so without."
