After various life-threatening health issues, WinatLife client Rosa found herself in a very depressive state.

Some days, she would sleep all day, unable to get out of bed and just wanting it to all go away.

Then, she came across our program and decided she would give it one more try this was going to be her last attempt to get herself better.

18 weeks into the program, and Rosa is down 2.5 kgs and 31 cm. Her blood clot issues have resolved, and she has no depression days, which is incredible!
