While many successful people have a lot of willpower… a key differentiator is that they also take deliberate action to set themselves up to succeed.
With a lot of women in our program, we’ve found they are significantly more likely to achieve success when they plan ahead and take action such as prepping their meals.
In this @weightlossforwomen_podcast episode, @iamcraigmcdonald and I chat about things you can do to set yourself up for success and make it easier to achieve your body and health goals.

Feelings are confusing…
When I went through trying to conceive, I felt all of the emotions and was incredibly anxious and stressed. But when we feel uncomfortable, usually something is there.
If we suppress our emotions and ignore them, we disconnect with ourselves.
So, let’s talk about it!
We have Greta Zukoff @gretazukoff - a Life Redesign Coach and my emotional support mammal😂 - back on the @weightlossforwomen_podcast
Greta has helped me deal with my emotions and move through them, and she has so much incredible knowledge on this topic.
