We live in a world where too many people feel under-appreciated and often unheard. I’m here to change that –– one story at a time. The first step to accepting each other is understanding one another…and it sure doesn’t hurt to have a little fun and laughter along the way! I’m Rebecca Rogers, former high school teacher to 100 students turned social media educator and motivator to 6 million followers! Welcome to Would You Believe…? where we will be sharing funny and silly stories while also showcasing the daily struggles of various occupations. I’m ready to have conversations with a diverse group of people from all professions and walks of life. One week we may be talking to a flight attendant, the next a nurse, or even find out what it’s really like to be a cashier or bartender. If you’re someone like me whose curiosity for everything can never be satiated, you’re in the right place. Come along for the silly, the serious, and the honest and don’t forget to ask yourself Would You Believe…? We live in a time where it feels like there is "breaking news" every single.... hour. It is not only exhausting, but it is TERRIFYING. The reality, while we are anxiously refreshing our phones to learn as much as we can about what is going on in the world... well, that is when we are the most vulnerable to misinformation and manipulation. Lisa Remillard is here to teach us what to look for, and how to better protect our mental health from fake news, online manipulation, and what its like to share the news on a national level!

Something new I have experienced: dating as an adult. It’s horrible. No one prepares you for how truly awful it is. The people, the trauma, and baggage… it’s all a mess. My friends Kara, Michaela and I are having some girl talk on WHY that is🥲

The modern day mental-health crisis is horrific, and it the impact it has had on men is unspeakable. For so long, it was frowned upon for men to speak up about their mental and emotional needs, which created a pattern of their mental health not receiving the help it needed. JT has graciously joined us to not only talk about this issue, but show how he has turned his trauma into art. JT shares his pain with his audience not only as a therapeutic outlet for himself, but to show other young men around the world that it is simply okay to not always be okay.

You guys asked me a LOT of questions, and I am trying to answer as many of them as I can! I am offering up my life story and journey to where I am today using y'all's questions as a roadmap. Looking back, there are a couple stories i started on that I completely ADHD'ed and forgot to finish, so maybe we can finish those another time LOL but for the most part, I feel like this covers it! Thank you guys so much for being so interested, seriously!

This week marks the year anniversary of taking the first step towards leaving my marriage and separating from my husband. NC law says that married couples must be separated for a year and a day before filing for divorce, so I am ready for this very long chapter to finally reach its end point and start a new one. I figured with these new beginnings, I would reintroduce myself to you all a little bit by gathering some questions/topics you all are curious about in regards to me for an episode next week, and would start this week off by going into FULL DETAIL of WHY I QUIT TEACHING. I hope this answer’s a lot of your questions about my exit from education, and am so thankful for the grace and leniency you all have shown me this last year.

Plastic surgery is one of those things in society that is kind of taboo to talk about. People usually use the phrase "they got work done" as a slight or reason to gossip, but it is also something people are FASCINATED by. People love to look up "botched" procedures, and surgeon videos on what work various celebrities have done. I decided to start the conversation, and get the scoop on the TRUTh behind plastic surgery from my friend Dr. Ben Caughlin (@ManyFacesOfChicago )

If you guys know me, you know that my pets are my children. End of story. While some people might roll their eyes at that, many of you share similar sentiments, and take the health of your animals very seriously! This is why I was so excited to have Frank hangout with us. Frank is a vet who loves animals more than people, as he should. He is here to share some tips about our furry friends that we may not be aware of, and even share some both heartwarming and heartshattering stories of what it is like to be in his line of work. We appreciate all you do, Frank!
