Oversight aided medical malfeasance by refusing to investigate (2008-present).</li><li><b>Gaslighting: </b>culprits<a href="https://ciehealthcarereform.org/how-skin-cartel-discredited-the-whistleblower-gaslighting/" target="_blank"> gaslit the victim physician</a>. They falsified evidence to support oversight's libel that falsely called concern for crime a paranoid delusion. Oversight aided obstruction of justice.</li></ol> <b>Premeditated murder of legally vulnerable skin cancer patients </b>must be investigated. SKIN-CARTEL preyed on elderly patients with Stage IV skin cancer; patients died 2014, 2022. Those who imperiled patient and public safety must be investigated and prosecuted.</p> <b>Did oversight profit from illegal Rx drug crime? </b>Review of illegal equipment purchases raises concern that yes, <a href="https://ciehealthcarereform.org/opioid-crisis-did-oversight-profit-from-illegal-rx-part-2-3/" target="_blank">oversight profits from identity theft</a>.</p> <b>Corrupt WI oversight leaders enjoyed promotions to US oversight:</b> WI oversight leaders who <a href="https://ciehealthcarereform.org/promoted-to-us-oversight-job-security-after-aiding-crime/" target="_blank">aided crime enjoyed US oversight promotions</a>. Dr. No No Nanette, the medical Rx identity theft victim physician, is a hospital whistleblower; this raises concern US rewarded WI oversight after the professionally assassination of a whistleblower.</p> When a WI oversight doctor's role in crime was exposed, he secured a prestigious VP role in Ohio. This raises concern that US healthcare is rewarding medical malfeasance.</p> <b>Failure analysis: we studied oversight's responsiveness to concerns: </b>we documented clinic sabotage and kept track of complaints and [lack of] oversight response (2008-present). Skin cancer patient Jane Doe #2 died 2022; this is because WI oversight protected financial stakeholders instead of patients. They called review of patient medical records "due process" rather than proper procedure.</p> <b>Healthcare reform requires judicial reform: </b>WI Supreme Court has been accused of political donor favoritism. How much does it pay to have Dr. Simons listed as faculty on University Hospitals website? Despite his role in aiding illegal Rx drugs, patients were intentionally harmed and he professionally assassinated hospital whistleblowers, he is still listed as leading UH medical education.

A message was left for the FSMB press agency that FSMB has failed to answer all prior messages that asked where FSMB Board Members would like to receive legal notices that Dr. Kenneth B. Simons is involved in illegal Rx drug racketeering.
A phone message 11/16/2023 for FSMB asked for the address where FSMB Board of Directors receives legal notices. They have failed to respond to prior messages that Board Member Dr. Kenneth B. Simons abused his power in racketeering that imperiled patient and public safety. Thus far, there has been no response.
University Hospitals legal department responded to this voicemail: if you have a concern about their new VP of Education, Dr. Kenneth B. Simons, you can contact their legal representative. We encourage all parties with information on his role in medical identity theft, intentional patient harm, and racketeering to contact the FBI.
This episode describes many (but not all) legal protections for patient safety concerns. There are at least 10 legal protections for this podcast and Institute Medicus website. It is a matter of public interest: elected officials and oversight deleted evidence of illegal Rx to aid a felon who imperiled public and patient safety.
There is no way to protect patients from a hospital donor who harmed patients if oversight protects criminals. Doctors have reporting obligations but it is futile if oversight is conspiring with known criminals. OLR seems to be under the influence of lobbyists: WI DSPS oversight attorney and physician misconduct aided the murder of two legally vulnerable skin cancer patients. OLR claims attorneys are "justified" after a state prosecutor and DSPS Judge deleted illegal Rx data, denied a victim physician (witness) due process, and refused to investigate despite 8 years of complaints (>200K documents). OLR is aiding crime by refusing to investigate attorney misconduct.

Martha Mitchell Effect refers to the late Martha Mitchell, wife of President Nixon's Attorney General. She blew the whistle on Watergate crimes but the Nixon administration succeeded in discrediting her by calling her paranoid and delusional. Mental health diagnostic criteria (DSM) includes Martha Mitchell Effect: a presumed "paranoid delusion" diagnosis is later proven to be true.
