If I have one, I have to eat them all.
I have no control.

When being around treats is HARD- we create a lot of rules for ourselves in an effort to keep us "safe". Ironically we don't feel "safe" around them- which can create a lot of noise and judgment about the things we WANT to eat but don't feel like we CAN.
