PUNITIVE DAMAGE is a hardcore punk band from Vancouver BC. They just released an EP “Hate Training” on Convulse Records. I had the whole band on the show live from their Southeast tour and we talked Hate Training, Vancouver, Go It Alone, touring, band origin and more.

Breakneck Flow is band from Eugene, Oregon that formed in 2018. They have wrote, recorded, mixed, mastered and released an LP and EP since then. They have played tons of shows and toured the West Coast. I had three of the members on the radio for an interview and we talked Eugene, hc in Oregon, video games, the radio and everything Breakneck Flow.

CUTDOWN is a band from New Jersey who just put out a new record “To the Grave” on Scheme Records. I had Cutdown vocalist Avery on the show and we talked Sopranos, Dave Blunts, West Coast Tour, fast hardcore, Cutdown origin and more.

KONSPIRACY is a new band having just played their second show and put out a demo. This band is playing a sound for fans of Unified Right and hardcore punk that doesn't sound perfect. They also have linked with Enthusiasm for Ruin Zine to put out their demo on tape for EFR 001. I had the whole band call in live from their gig at Rapid Skateshop in Simi Valley, CA.

I had Adam from CMI back on the show to catch up with him about how crazy the band has taken off since our first interview a little over a year ago. We talked working out on the road, touring the world, being a punk band, Cubs and much more. Adam made a playlist for the radio which you can listen to below.

Sound and Fury 2024 took place at Exposition Park in Los Angeles on July 13th and 14th, and also a featured an entire week leading up shows and events. I had Tony Bertolino (Bent Blue) join me on the show to talk about this year's Sound and Fury.

No Guard is a a band from Springfield, Illinois. Since their start in 2023 they have put out a demo and an EP and they have played shows all over the midwest and east coast. I had Bee the No Guard bassist on the show and we talked Springfield hardcore, building a scene in a small town, No Guard, skinhead culture and much more. Watch Your Fall is a new band from Ventura County who has already played over 15 shows and put out an EP in less than a year. I had front man Adam on the show and we talked metalcore, Burden of Being EP, food, gaming, WYF and much more.

Flyover Fest is a hardcore fest that has been running for awhile in Tulsa, Oklahoma. You might recognize it as Promcore which was the name it operated under for many years. This year the fest returns to Tulsa, bigger than ever, and with an insanely stacked lineup. James Carroll who is one of the two minds behind the fest joined YLIA to talk about this year's fest and much more.
