Zoheeb Iqbal is a prominent Islamic scholar and educator based in Glasgow, Scotland. He is widely known for his contributions to Islamic education and community service. Born and raised in Glasgow, Zoheeb turned towards religion in his mid-to-late teens after a period of personal challenges. His dedication to Islamic studies led him to pursue extensive theological education under the mentorship of various scholars in England, including a six-year study program. Zoheeb is the founder of Al Falaah Academy, an institute dedicated to advanced Islamic education. He also established Little Wonders Islamic Nursery in Glasgow in 2015, and is currently working on launching Scotland’s first state-funded Islamic primary school. His educational initiatives aim to foster a deep understanding of Islam while promoting respect for all religious beliefs. Zoheeb has also studied Islamic jurisprudence (Ifta) under Shaykh Fazal Raheem at Jamia Ashrafia in Lahore, and furthered his studies in Cairo, Egypt. He actively splits his time between the United Kingdom and Istanbul, Turkey, where he continues to expand his educational projects.
