We also cover what may become one of the most popular swimming spots in all of Yellowstone Park.
We finish off the podcast with a who done it of sorts that is really interesting that may end up making it on 20/20 or Dateline.

This podcast covers 19 great  places that you can swim, get in a hot pot, get under a huge waterfall and swim in Yellowstone Park and you can visit these spots whenever the park is open. I get you to the some of the most fantastic swimming and hot potting spots that can't be found anywhere else on earth.

We cover the stupidly popular Firehole swimming area near Madison Junction which USED to be a great local place to swim but is now simply overrun with hundreds of people every day all day long but has been closed for the last few years and why it might stay closed from here on out. By visiting MY places, you can have the entire place to yourself for as long as you want them.

I then tell you where you can get right into and underneath 4 huge waterfalls and have their thermally heated water pouring all over you. And where you can soak in numerous hot pots throughout the park.

I also cover the best and safest spot to take small kids who want to take a dip while they are on their Yellowstone vacation.

This podcast covers all the fun things you can do just outside of Grand Teton and Yellowstone parks. There is a reason that hardly any of the locals from West, Jackson or Big Sky ever go into the parks and the reason for that is that there is a TON of really fun and exiting things to do right outside the parks boundaries that are NOT allowed inside the parks.

We cover how West Yellowstone is the Fly Fishing capital of the world and why movie stars, sports stars, planes full of Russians and now you flock to West Yellowstone to go fly fishing and you might catch up to 75 trout on your first day.

We then cover where to rent and ride ATV's including the new and very safe side by side units on the best trails in the US right outside YNP. I then tell you how you can ride on the unbelievable Idaho Dunes where you can ride a bad ass unit up and down 500' tall sand dunes on one of the largest dune complexes in the world that are only an hours drive from both Jackson Hole and West Yellowstone.

Then we jump on a mountain bike and ride along the wildflower strewn meadows of the easy Rendezvous Trail right in West Yellowstone then hit the CDT Trial to ride in what looks like a picture postcard. We also cover and advanced mountain biking tours to the very seldom seen Goose and Otter Lakes and how I can help you get on trails suited to your groups abilities no matter who is riding with you.

We then go over the best places to white water raft, kayak and SUP.  We cover the  Gallatin River where they filmed the movie A River Runs Through It with Brad Pitt and its 30 super fun  named rapids with an end of the day jump off the Presidents Bridge. As well as the Bear Trap Canyon which is one of the top 10 1 day floats in the US  where you will run the world famous Kitchen Sink Rapids.

We discuss padding your own SUP or kayak on the calm turquoise waters of a lake which look like you are in the Caribbean or down a river where you might see a moose or two up close. We then cover boating on Lake Hebgen where you can find a couple rope swings to get wet on a warm day or catch a record trout on Lake Henrys.

And we cover the wonderful Big Sky area and all it has to offer including golf for the boys and a spa day for the girls while the kids enjoy hunting for gold or riding the Zip Lines. We finish off the podcast rising Razors on 400' tall sand dunes with are located right outside the boundaries of both Yellowstone and Grand Teton.

This podcast covers hiking in both Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. I first cover hiking in Grand Teton and get you right up into the craggy spires of the Tetons where the peaks are shooting up all around. We then cover Teton hikes that are totally suitable for small kids with fantastic views of the Tetons and also tell you the hikes you should  avoid.

Then we cover the best of the best day hikes in Yellowstone where you can get off the beaten path and away from all the crowds and explore some of the best hot pools and geysers in the Yellowstone backcountry where you will have the entire place to yourself and most of these great spots are not shown on any maps. And you will be in spots that less than 100 visitors have been since the inception of the park in 1872!

We then cover longer and overnight hikes in Yellowstone and then cover the beautiful Bechler Region of Yellowstone also known as the Cascade Corner section of the park where 80% of the parks waterfalls are located and where you can soak in a hot pot all afternoon at the base of a huge waterfall or swim in Mr. Bubbles, the largest natural hot pot in the park.

I then get you to a spot where you can swim in a hot stream after you got soaked at the base of Union Falls which is the largest double falls on earth and is the cover shot for the guidebook.

I cover what maps you will need and how to reserve a backcountry campsite and tell you the best ones to get and where to hike when most of the park might be snowed in and I also give you a bunch of hikes which are suitable for small children who are big hikers.

I even cover some outer edge hikes that are still in Yellowstone Park but are located where you don't have to enter the main park gates and fight all the traffic and crowds just to do a bit of day hiking. I even cover the best hikes where you can take you dog along with you.

This is a big podcast but I only cover the best of the best hikes in both parks and get you to some truly remarkable places where you can Explore Yellowstone and Grand Teton like a local!!

This podcast covers the section of road south from Old Faithful down to West Thumb and then down to the South Gate and then we drive along the seldom seen but beautiful Flagg Ranch/Marysville/Grassy Lake Road.

You will hear a story about how not to hike in bear country then we stop at the only lake in the US that flows into both the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans.  We visit a great picture spot that where you can see just how big Yellowstone Park really is then talk about a not so great hike to Heart Lake that my dad used to drive to in the 1950's. And then possibly the best kayak adventure you will ever experience on Lewis and Shoshone Lakes and my futile effort at it once which really pissed me off.

I also tell you about how you can swim and possibly cliff jump in the warm waters of Moose Falls with the water pouring all over you and its just a minute from your car. Then we take a short drive on the rarely used Marysville/Grassy Lake/Flagg Ranch Road to a great backcountry hike to Cascade Acres and the gorgeous Terraced Falls which is a hike totally suitable for kids but is rarely used as no one even knows it exists.

This podcast covers the section of road from Canyon all the way down to West Thumb. We will cross into the Hayden Valley which is home to the largest free roaming herd of Bison on earth and hear a couple of great stories that took place right where you are now driving.

We then make a stop at the Mud Volcanoes then hit Yellowstone Lake where I will regale you with a very personal near death story about yours truly and where you can see where I worked as a kid and then where you can hit the beach along the lake. .

We will listen to a little Mozart while we sip a cocktail on a beautiful veranda at the Lake Hotel before we dine at the best restaurant in the park. We talk about how you can rent a boat so you can explore the gorgeous Yellowstone Lake from the water.

And we will finish it off with what has become one of the more popular spots my explorers and a spot that 99.9% of people just drive right past because it looks like a pile of rocks, which it is, but what a hip pile of rocks it really is!

This podcast starts at the rather boring Tower Junction which is home to the rather fun Chuckwagon Dinner that starts at the Roosevelt Stables.

We then drive through the Narrows on the way to Tower Falls and I tell you how to not only see the falls but about the crazy boulder that used to sit it's summit and then how to access the Yellowstone River from the viewing platform that hardly anyone knows about in the guidebook.

We then continue along the North Loop and summit Mount Washburn and I tell you where NOT to hike as well as where you SHOULD hike in this area on a great hike the a is one of the best for small kids.

And as usual, I throw in a couple of short stories about sleeping with an Elk and skateboarding down Dunraven Pass before I tell you where you can find the elusive Moose like they were let out of a pen in the evening.
