Hi All! Sorry for any delay, I usually post on Fridays but this weekend was my dad's birthday and we went on a little vacation! It is really getting nice our in New England and Im happy to see the begin of hopefully some normalcy after this crazy pandemic. Today, I have Mary with me. I was lucky enough to spend Greek Easter with her a couple weeks ago and WOW... was that food good! In the traditional red egg cracking, I did not make it out alive. My egg broke in the very beginning but it was still fun. Mary enjoys being around her family so much. She talks about all the hardship she has endured in her lifetime and does it with a smile. Her laugh is adorable and I hope you enjoy her just as much as I did!

Hope everyone is staying safe and starting to enjoy the nice weather! Robert is joining us for part 1 of 2. I really enjoyed spending the morning with him! He's as sharp as a tac, remembering dates and names. Robert starts out by having quite a visitor on his day of birth. From there, he talks about playing the trumpet and goofing around with his friends. No serious trouble though! Bob later goes on the MIT to become a civil engineer, starts working then gets his draft notice. Listen to part 2 for his time in the service.

Marcia, Marcia, Marcia! She's back for more! Marcia recalls more stories from her childhood with 4 siblings and her loving parents. We all have some "bad hair days" but life is a beautiful thing. Marcia spent many years on a rural farm although she swore she needed a bus, taxi or train. Sit tight for some more laughter and fun with Marcia.

Welcome back! Its your host Shannon here for Part 1 of 2 with our guest Marcia. She shares her love for learning and motivation while working. Marcia never brought her troubles to the dinner table as taught by her father. I could see her and her father had a special bond. And stay tuned for her life on the farm in Part 2!
