Sexual abuse and incest occur in over 60% of households. More than half of us have experienced sexual abuse and we all know and love some one who is carrying the burden of this trauma. This episodes offers tips, support and honest experience in walking the path of healing from sexual trauma.

If you or some one you know is struggling with their journey or is considering starting their journey to heal, this is for you. The journey to healing can be difficult and filled. Victims of incest and sexual abuse live with fear, anger, shame, blame, grief, confusion and so much more. We tend numb with drugs, alcohol, food, sex and Netflix. We are often disconnected not from the world around but from our own bodies, emotions and spirit.

I share my own story of being molested when I was young and the difficulty I experienced in taking those first scary steps toward healing. I would not be here today, speaking on this podcast, without the amazing support and guidance of my friends, family, therapists, mother nature and of course the divine spirit that is shining in all of us. I hope this episode, if nothing else, helps you feel seen, heard and a little less alone.

Let's be honest, so many of us have been victims of sexual abuse, including me. One thing that keeps us in the dark, is the stigma around talking about your experience. I am here to tell you that there is no shame in being a victim, how to transform yourself from a victim to Warrior and why it is SO important to release yourself from the burden of shame, guilt, fear, confusion, blame anger and so much more.

If you have suffered from the burden of carrying around a past with incest and sexual abuse, you don't have to suffer anymore. I feel you, hear you and believe you. Listen here for some of my story and how I made my way through the minefield of healing and finally living the life I deserve.

You are not alone. You are no longer a victim. You deserve better and there is a way without burning your whole world to the ground.
