Michelle shares the story of the Unite Here! labor union. Clayton and Mark sit down with political consultant and former Executive Director of the Hamilton County Democratic Party, Isaac Goff-Mitchell, to recap the state wide races as well as the races in Hamilton County, Ohio. 

In honor of Halloween, Michelle dedicates the first hour doing a deep dive into the scariest "monsters" facing the working class today and how we can slay them! In hour two, Julie Sellers discusses some of the proposed restructure changes that may be coming to Cincinnati Public Schools.

Michelle looks into the 1981 PATCO strike which ended up being a major watershed moment for modern-day labor unions. Mark and Clayton investigate Trump's obsession with Arnold Palmer and McDonalds. They also examine presidential polling and end the show discussing missing tax payer dollars at Dohn charter schools in Cincinnati.

Michelle details the struggles of the postal workers in the APWU over the decades. Clayton and Mark sit down with pedestrian safety advocate Jeff Demaree and discuss ways to reduce traffic related deaths.

Michelle does a deep dive into the International Longshoremen's Association and their recent 3-day strike in hour one. Mark and Clayton do a deep-dive into three headlines and examine several local elections in Hamilton County, Ohio.
