The Asian Swing has arrived with Joel, Kim and Chris on hand to discuss all the events so far from Tokyo and Beijing (including Wednesday finishes!), plus the start of the Shanghai Masters and WTA 1000 event in Beijing.


They recap on Sinner’s first victory over Daniil Medvedev to claim the Beijing title, Kudermetova upsetting the top seeds to win Tokyo, Ons Jabeur being back to title winning ways in Ningbo and Adrian Mannarino taking home the Astana Open (and remaining as the all important French number 1!)

Joel, Kim and Chris are back together to catch up on the past week on tour, which saw Maria Sakkari end her title drought by clinching the WTA1000 event in Guadalajara and Team World thrash Team Europe in the latest edition of the Laver Cup.


With contentious performance byes, the release of the Davis Cup Finals draw and a new venue for the WTA Finals in Cancun, the trio discuss all the latest news from the tennis world, not to mention Novak Djokovic’s meeting with a goat and Annabel Croft’s debut on Strictly Come Dancing in the UK!


Joel also unveils a new game to Kim and Chris and the listeners and they briefly look ahead to this week’s tournaments including the WTA500 event in Tokyo and the Astana Open in Kazakhstan.

GB have done it, they have qualified for the Davis Cup Finals in Malaga! It came down to the final game of the final tie in Manchester and what a match it was. Dan Evans and Neal Skupski sealed the win, saving 4 match points to book their place in the Finals. 


Also in the finals will be Australia who defeated Switzerland 3-0 to guarantee their place in the last 8. Big wins for Alex de Minaur and rock solid doubles team and former Wimbledon Champions, Purcell and Ebden.


We also had the Davis Cup tie between Denmark and Brazil covered thanks to roving reporter Alina Soponar and production assistant Christoffer Tunsäter. We got an English language exclusive on Holger Rune's take out from his 2023 season, reuniting with his childhood coach and plans for 2024 to mitigate injury.

Andy Murray gets another Davis Cup win in Manchester. Chris and Joel are on site to unpack all the action and the emotional victory for Andy.


GB stay undefeated and on track to make the Finals in Malaga. Hosts Spain crash out and the talk of the press room is about whether a neutral location and the existing format can be a success or will it have to change.


Stan Wawrinka and Andy Murray give their opinions on the lack of crowds and how Spain can sell tickets to the Finals without Nadal or Alcaraz.


They also had time to comb through the full Halep decision report from the ITIA, bringing to light many questions and further talking points.

Tennis never stops and Tennis Weekly are on the road with Joel and Chris in Manchester for one of the four Davis Cup Finals Group stage events with GB, Australia, France and Switzerland.

It’s Finals weekend at the US Open and Joel, Kim and Chris reunite to round up the results, which saw Coco Gauff win her maiden Grand Slam title and Novak Djokovic become a 24-time Grand Slam Champion as he continues to make history on the court.


With Gauff fighting back from a set down to put aside the new world No.1 Aryna Sabalenka and become the fairytale story of New York, and Djokovic winning a marathon 2nd set on his way to a straight sets victory over Alcaraz’s conqueror Daniil Medvedev, the trio discuss all the key talking points from both finals.


They also reflect on the Ladies and Mixed Doubles Finals, Wheelchair Events and look beyond the US Open and ahead to the Davis Cup this week in Manchester where Tennis Weekly (Joel and Chris!) will be in attendance.

In the latest episode of Tennis Weekly, Joel, Kim and Chris are back (in parts!) to round up all the action from the men’s and women’s semi final action at the US Open. With Daniil Medvedev springing a surprise to topple top seed and defending Champion Carlos Alcaraz, and Aryna Sabalenka fending off a tough Madison Keys to make her second Slam final of the year, there is lots to discuss!

Kim and Chris are back in action to discuss the Quarter Final headlines from the US Open, which saw young Americans Coco Gauff and Ben Shelton make it into the Final Four at their Home Slam, and new World Number 1’s Novak Djokovic and Aryna Sabalenka proceed comfortably through with straight set scorelines.

Ostapenko pulls off the biggest upset of the US Open beating Swiatek and stripping her of the number one ranking. Joel and Chris analyse the fallout including Sabalenka’s rise to the top. They discuss Iga’s grand slam season and what 2024 might hold for her. 


Although Jack Draper bowed out, the American men have continued to win with three making it through to the quarter-finals for the first time since 2005 and one guaranteed finalist. Taylor Fritz faces off against Novak Djokovic whilst Frances Tiafoe takes on Ben Shelton.


Coco Gauff and Madison Keys are flying the flag in the women’s draw and Joel and Chris unpack their quarter-final match-ups and prospects.
